近年来，节能保温材料在建筑领域广泛应用，为了更好的保证其产品的性能，需要根据EN13172-2012标准进行CE认证。一般保温材料包括矿棉、岩棉、玻璃棉、膨胀聚苯乙烯（EPS）、聚苯乙烯泡沫（XPS）、聚氨酯泡沫（PUR）、石炭酸泡沫（PF）、泡沫玻璃（CG）、木丝（WW）、发泡珍珠岩（EPB）等产品。

1. 保温材料CE认证强制时间
2006年3月1日起，所有在欧盟市场销售的保温材料都必须经过CE认证，其产品加贴CE标识，才能在市场范围内销售。保温材料CE认证标准EN13172-2012标准已取代EN 13162:2008及EN 13162:2001等标准。

2. 保温材料CE认证产品认证法规及体系
保温材料CE认证根据欧盟CPR建筑产品法规-No.305/2011/EU-CPR，采用体系1或体系3产品认证体系。矿棉具体测试认证体系请联系南京睿督公司。从2013年7月1日起，建筑产品CPR法规(Construction Product Regulation No.305/2011/EU-CPR法规)将全面取代原来的建筑产品CPD指令(Construction Product Directive简称89/106/EEC-CPD指令)，欧盟CPR法规将对CE认证要求更加严格。

针对保温产品的CE认证，一般来说，厂家需要声明防火阻燃等级（A1级），那么需要选择有矿棉产品认证资质的欧盟公告机构应用体系1来执行认证，并必须对热导性进行控制。
